Bill Batson presented an excellent program about Nyack and the Underground Railroad. He is an artist, writer and activist as well as a Trustee of the Historical Society of the Nyacks.  He is well qualified to discuss this topic as he curated: African Americans in the Nyacks 1800- Present for the Historical Society.

Our members brought a lovely variety of plants from their homes to contribute to our silent auction. All the proceeds were donated to Soup Angels and Sunday Suppers as voted upon by our members. A list of local charities was passed around to members for their votes for future contributions. Committee Chairs reported on the various projects the club is working on.
